silver bullet is probably incentives. I think that if corporate America really said, "you're not going to get your full bonus if you don't have a diverse team working for you," I think we'd see some changes, really, really fast.
I would just be content with every moment as it is instead of gnashing my teeth trying to change things all the time.

And we were successful because, early on, I engaged law enforcement.

They meet their responsibilities. They don't quit. I'm only here because of them. They may not have set out to change the world, but in small, important ways, they did. They certainly changed mine.
