As I reflect on my journey, I am forever grateful to have always had George by my side. As I said in the beginning, my story is really our story. George influenced almost every decision I made in life and my friendship and kinship with him deeply influenced the man I am today.
I always say: "They throw me on stage and they throw me off!" I get so carried away, I carry on singing … once I played for two and a half hours. I always say to my guy, please let me know I gotta get off 15 minutes before, because I hate to rush. Give me a flashlight or something. Because I never want to get into a place where they say: "He wouldn't come off!"
I haven't met one of these exonerated individuals who can sleep. Virtually all of them have some form of post-traumatic stress disorder.
It takes a combination of ways to do these things, more than discipline. It’s a way of life. It’s like diet or gymnastics. You can know all the gymnastic things, all the exercises. You can know all the diets, but if you don’t do the diets, if you don’t do the exercise, it won’t work. It’s the same if you have some rules, but you don’t live them. It doesn’t work.

Well yes, but like I said, small mistakes or small failures. We take small failures very often. We have failures in investment. We have failures in operation, but no big mistakes or big failures. How do we take that? Like ordinary business.
Focus on essentials and try not to get distracted and bogged down by things that don’t add value to the bottom line.
The first thing to recommend is that they don’t work in some place that they don’t like, that they don’t do things that they don’t like. That they look for what they really want to do and what kind of thing they want to be involved in, or if they want to go it alone by themselves, to find that.
