Now. My life is better with every year of living it.
Genuinely – and my wife, Lee, knows this – dancing with Kevin Clifton on Strictly.
I’ll be at my happiest today, and probably my gloomiest at some point today, too.
I am relieved to say that I find it hard to answer such a question, because if I could it would suggest that my life has become dreary and empty.

Getting hired. With the possible exception of my daughters’ births and my wedding day, the happiest moments of my life were when someone offered me a job.
