Born in Trinidad, Ocean, 66, moved to London when he was 10 years old. He became a singer-songwriter and went on to sell more than 30m records; his hits include Caribbean Queen, which gained him a Grammy in 1985, and When The Going Gets Tough, the theme song to the movie The Jewel Of The Nile. His latest album is Here You Are: The Best Of Billy Ocean and he tours the UK next spring. He is married with three children, and lives in Berkshire.
