Lorraine Pascale, 41, was born in London and adopted at 18 months old. At 11, she won a scholarship to boarding school, and went on to be a model. In her late 20s, she enrolled at Leith's cooking school, worked in restaurants and set up her own cake-making business. Her television career began in 2011, and she has had three successful cookery series on BBC2; her new series, My Kitchen Rules, is on Sky Living HD.
