To John, a really close friend who died last year. I'd love to see him one more time and say, 'Look, I'm sorry I wasn't around enough during your life.'
I’m good at saying sorry – so no one, because I’ve already said it.
My younger self. I told myself so often that I was not good enough, that I was not smart enough, that I was not interesting enough, that I was boring and ugly. I wasn’t kind to my body, and I did and said things to myself that I would never do or say to a friend.
There have been moments when I’d want to say sorry to both my parents for some of the stuff I’ve done.
Give, give, give. The more you give, the happier you are.
