When I first started at The Connaught, I bought a pair of antique diamond earrings at Fred Leighton in New York.

A very expensive dehydrator (it cost £30). I’ve made raisins, banana chips and apple chips with it so far. It’s so addictive, I’ll probably start drying my kids soon.

As a nice person who always put others before myself. I’d also like my own posthumous tartan.
