David Hasselhoff, 56, was born in Baltimore. He began acting at seven and got his big break in the US soap The Young And The Restless. He went on to star in Knight Rider in the 80s and later Baywatch. The first part of the documentary The Hoff: When Scott Came To Stay airs on Living on Monday.
