That to-do list I am supposed to get through but can’t summon the energy for in these weird, distracted times.
Worrying about my children.
Wondering why I can’t sleep.
If I think my family’s not safe. And if I have a good idea musically: sometimes I can’t sleep out of excitement.
Still being in work. And my vineyards; they’re beautiful.
My brother, Michael. He is an academic and has devoted his life to scholarship; my life seems trivial by comparison. Bastard.
My complete ineptitude at sport.
